What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a practice of consciously utilizing your breath to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. There are many breath work practises that were developed a millennia ago to address a variety of conditions. There are shorter practises to calm and become clear in the moment and longer, deeper practises for clearing resonant patterns – all depend on the challenges to be resolved. It can be an in the moment breath solution or an individual session or sessions. Our discussions can clarify which will be best and fit for your own lifestyle and goals.
Check out our Linked In Page We will be providing simple breath practises that can be used throughout your day for calming, grounding, and energizing, or in the evening to deeply relax and sleep.
What has to be taught first, is the breath.

Additionally and most importantly breathwork moves energy and can support the release of residual emotions and experiences. With longer facilitated sessions not only release will occur often new insights will spontaneously arise.
This deeper breathwork style is gentle, not pressured, with a slower pace than other forms of breathwork you may have known.
It is described as a yin style of breathwork – technically known as Vyana Vayu (an integration and smoothing of our inner energies). Not a pushing or aggressive style of breathwork.
The breath is the intersection of the body and mind.

By intentionally working with the breath, we activate the body’s natural relaxation response, calm the nervous system, and create space for clearer thinking and deeper presence. For leaders, this translates directly into better decision-making, emotional regulation, and team connection.
